I am not too interested in staying in an all-inclusive hotel, I would rather be able to stay in an affordable, nice hotel but still be able to experience the culture and people. Any help is appreciated. Also, is there any advantage to using a travel agency? I would much rather do it myself but I am just worried about legit transportation to and from the hotel and to neighboring towns.

I am a female, weigh about 199. I walk for 10 minutes on my break. Another 30 mins on my lunch; and then another 30 mins are the Gym. I also lift weights for about 30 mins at moderate pace. How many calories do I burn with this workout? Thanks

How many calories does it burn in, say, ten minutes? How many minutes of walking would you recommend every day to keep a healthy body? Is it better to walk faster or to walk for longer?

I suppose I’m looking for a suburban type area that isn’t secluded or in an area that is nothing but more homes. I would guess Los Angeles is a place like that? I like being able to walk out of my home to go to a store or the market.

I have neighbors on the left and right of me, and these neighbors are friends. They cross our yard to get to each others house. My husband and I have asked them to not walk across our lawn as it has worn a path through it. They have not listened! We are getting ready to lay sod and want for our lawn to look really nice, but how can we keep our neighbors out of it so no more paths form? We have thought about fencing around our front yard, but thats a little more of an expense then we need right now. Any suggestions?

im a 20yr old female from wisconsin, when I either walk out side or walk on a treadmill i get a headache always in the same area, right in the front by my forehead, it goes away shortly after i sit and rest for a few minutes, what could this be?
