The notary public’s signature is illegible and nowhere on the document is the Notary’s name typewritten or printed. Therefore “said Notary” is unidentifiable. Also there is NO Notary Stamp or even any kind of “Acknowledgement” attached to the Will. “My commission expires: ________.”
This quote was typed and following the colon, 1999 was handwritten in on the blank line. These are the facts. Could this be legally binding in any case? Or does this appear as fraudulent as I perceive it to be?

Specifically, a 6.5 inch by 9.5 inch envelope. It has a minimal weight (no more than a standard letter). If I cannot use a Forever stamp, can I use multiple standard stamps?

I would take it to the Post Office and let them handle it, but it is essential that I keep this private. And since I can’t drive, I’d have to have one of my parents take me. Which ruins the privacy.

what would be an appropriate way to clean up the act to get back the original document just the way it was befoer it get damped?
(Apart from wiping with wet cloth and drying)

THE CORONET DeLUXE WORLD STAMP ALBUM, it was printed in 1962 in New York by a cpmany named GROSSMAN STAMP CO, INC. It can hold 20,000 stamps, looks like it fromevey page ive flipped half of it is already filled up. Ive even found half of an 70 years old madison square garden ticket. what should i do with it, is it possible to sell?
