How young is too young to bathe my baby bird?

She has learned so much even though ive only had her for two days. She’s trying millet and some pellets but i have to hand feed her still. Hand feeding is so messy and i am wondering how young is too young to bathe a baby bird? I think she’s old enough but i have no idea how to go about it. I dont want to make her afraid of water. Any help?

How much does it cost to get a bird treated for egg binding?

I have a cockatiel hen whom I think might be suffering from egg binding. I’m not rich, and was wondering how much money it woould cost for the xrays, and treatment of egg binding. And if she doesn’t have it how much will it cost for them just to comfirm she doesnt?

How long after you put a birdhouse up will birds move in?

What is the best way to chase or deter birds from entering into a food manufacturing factory?

Why do birds use my birdbath when a clean freshwater lake is next door?

What are the primary effects of oil on birds?

The primary problem involves physical alteration of the feather structure. When oiled, feathers lose their ability to trap air and repel water. As a result, birds can no longer maintain body heat; they become hypothermic; and their need for food increases. At the same time, due to oil on their plumage, birds do not float well; their swimming and foraging ability decreases; and they often cannot fly and will haul out of the water.

Is stain protectant material harmfull or deadly to birds exspecially amazons?

Ok i know that stain removal prodects spays are hearmfull and deadly to birds. I need to know if Stain protectant matereral is harmful to birds exspeachially amazons.We want to buy a new couch but she said that they are all made from this stain protectant matiereal and it you use stain guard or stain removal sprays you will ruin the couch. Is this material ok for my birds if they touch or ingest any of it buy chance?

Is it true that all birds have rabies?

Im concerned because my pup came running to the front door with a dead bird in his mouth! I took it away from him. But my friend says birds have rabies, so now Im worried for my pup because he hasn’t gotten his rabies shot because hes not old enough.
